Three Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm attorneys have been honored in the latest edition of Super Lawyers.
Managing Partner Hannah F. Little and Founding Partner Emeritus Steven H. Garfinkel were selected to the 2025 North Carolina Super Lawyers list while Partner Colleen F. Molner received a 2025 North Carolina Rising Star designation.
Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented, multiphase process, combining peer nominations, evaluations and independent research. The process is designed to “create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource when searching for legal counsel,” according to the organization. No more than 5 percent of attorneys in North Carolina are named to the Super Lawyers list each year.
Meanwhile, lawyers eligible for the Rising Stars designation must be no older than 40 or in practice for 10 years or less. The Rising Stars designation is awarded to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in North Carolina per edition.
The three Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm honorees have been practicing immigration law for more than 70 years, combined, and all three were also recently named to the 2025 Business North Carolina Legal Elite list.
Little and Molner are both certified as Specialists in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar, the highest level of specialization attainable in the state, while Little and Garfinkel were both recently recognized by the prestigious Chambers USA.
