Garfinkel Immigration Partner Colleen F. Molner recognized with Lexology Index: Thought Leaders Global Elite 2025 designation

Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm Partner Colleen F. Molner has been recognized with the prestigious Lexology Index: Thought Leaders Global Elite – Under 45 – Partners designation in the corporate immigration category in 2025.

Thought Leaders in the Global Elite category “obtained the highest number of nominations from peers, corporate counsel and other market sources in the most recent research cycle,” according to Lexology Index. Further, those in the Under 45 categories had previously been recognized as the “Most Highly Regarded” in earlier versions of Lexology Index “Future Leaders” editions.

Molner is certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar, the highest level of specialization attainable in the state. She has also previously been recognized by Best Lawyers, the Business North Carolina (BNC) Legal Elite list, Super Lawyers North Carolina Rising Stars and inducted into the North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society.
