Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm Partner Colleen F. Molner has been recognized with the prestigious Lexology Index: Thought Leaders Global Elite – Under 45 – Partners designation in the corporate immigration category in 2025.
Thought Leaders in the Global Elite category “obtained the highest number of nominations from peers, corporate counsel and other market sources in the most recent research cycle,” according to Lexology Index. Further, those in the Under 45 categories had previously been recognized as the “Most Highly Regarded” in earlier versions of Lexology Index “Future Leaders” editions.
Thought Leaders are “worthy of special mention owing not only to their vast expertise and experience advising on some of the world’s most significant and cutting-edge legal matters, but also their ability to innovate, inspire, and go above and beyond to deliver for their clients.”
Lexology’s research is based on recommendations and feedback from corporate counsel, clients who have worked with nominees, and from other private practitioners. The organization also “builds and exploits datasets to corroborate and challenge market feedback” in order to ensure their recommendations are “rooted in and supported by detailed data.”
