Garfinkel Immigration Managing Partner Hannah F. Little has again been recognized as a Thought Leader-USA-Corporate Immigration by Lexology Index in 2025.
The esteemed honor is awarded to attorneys who are considered “leading experts” in their practice area based on recommendations and feedback from clients and peers during the Lexology research process.
Thought Leaders are “worthy of special mention owing not only to their expertise and experience in relation to some of the world’s most significant and cutting-edge legal mandates, but also their ability to innovate and inspire,” according to Lexology. Little has been awarded a Thought Leader-USA-Corporate Immigration designation by Lexology (previously known as Who’s Who Legal) every year since 2023.
Lexology’s research is “based on continuous collection, validation and analysis of data.” Recommendations and feedback are “collated from prominent private practitioners in the sector or industry as well as from clients who have worked closely with the nominees.” The organization conducts more than 5,000 interviews with “leading practitioners” every year.
Little is certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar, the highest level of specialization attainable in the state. She was named the 2024 Best Lawyers® Immigration Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Charlotte, an award presented annually to the attorney who receives the highest overall feedback from peers in a specific practice area and region.
