Garfinkel, who founded the Firm in 1997, has been practicing U.S. Immigration Law for more than 35 years. He is one of a limited number of attorneys certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar and is a Past Chair of the Immigration Specialization Committee.
Little is certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar, as well. She has also recently been recognized with the renowned Thought Leader designation by Who’s Who Legal and has earned an AV Preeminent Rating®.
