Four Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm attorneys have once again been honored by the prominent and highly selective international research organization Who’s Who Legal.
Co-Managing Partner Steven H. Garfinkel, Co-Managing Partner Hannah F. Little and Partner William R. Hummel were all recognized in the 2022 Corporate Immigration Law category while Partner Colleen F. Molner was named to the Future Leaders in Corporate Immigration list.
Who’s Who Legal, established in 1996, identifies the “foremost legal practitioners in business law based upon comprehensive, independent research,” and highlights “leading individuals across 35 different areas of corporate and commercial law.”
The organization’s publications feature more than 27,000 of the world’s leading private practice lawyers and consulting experts in more than 150 countries.
Less than half of attorneys nominated for Who’s Who Legal are selected for inclusion, while Future Leaders are practitioners younger than 45 who “are already doing outstanding work in their practice area or industry … and are likely to be the preeminent names of the next generation.”
Garfinkel, Little, Hummel and Molner have been practicing for almost 70 years, combined, and all four are certified as Specialists in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar, the highest level of specialization attainable in the state.
Garfinkel, who founded the Firm in 1997, is nationally recognized. He has been rated by his contemporaries with an AV® Peer Review Rating and is a past chair of the Immigration Specialization Committee.
Little was named the 2022 Best Lawyers® Immigration Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Charlotte while Hummel was honored by The Best Lawyers in America©, as well. Molner has regularly been recognized by Business North Carolina (BNC) Legal Elite as well as Super Lawyers.
