Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm launched a new website Tuesday.
The new site reflects an extensive re-design, which brings clients a more modern, visually appealing and streamlined user experience while providing the Firm the ability to publish the latest immigration news and updates in a timely fashion.
“We are excited about the launch, as this has been an aspiration over the last couple years,” Garfinkel Chief Operating Officer Ron Townsend said. “As we have grown the business, we have worked hard to improve and leverage our technology platforms to best serve our clients. We upgraded our case management system two years ago to the highest sector standards. Launching our new website, which has a cleaner look, is easier-to-navigate, and will be updated with current trends and breaking news much more frequently, represents another significant milestone in improving quality of service to our clients.”
The site also includes a secure area for online payments, answers to frequently asked questions, a page to easily complete Garfinkel Immigration’s client satisfaction survey as well as a login button for private access to InsZoom, the Firm’s web portal.
