Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm Managing Partner Hannah Little has once again received an AV Preeminent Rating® in 2020.
The prestigious honor from Martindale-Hubbell® is awarded selectively to “attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills and ethical standards by their peers.” The organization has been evaluating attorneys through a peer review rating system for “more than 130 years,” according to its website.
The Preeminent Rating is “the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards, reflecting the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and Judiciary.”
Little has practiced immigration law since 2006 and is one of a limited number of attorneys certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar.
She represents employers and employees in a variety of industries, including but not limited to, energy, manufacturing, information technology and specialty chemical and has extensive experience in the preparation of L-1 intracompany transfer petitions, H-1B specialty occupation petitions as well as other nonimmigrant work visa options.
In addition, Little assists companies and individuals with applications for permanent employment certification for advanced degree professionals and skilled workers and immigrant visa petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers and multinational executives and managers.
